It seems like such a short time ago,
I first laid eyes on you.
You have grown so fast,
which is not a big shock.
By the way you eat,
you should be the biggest on the block!
You are such a loving boy.
You give the best fishy kiss.
Your sweet hugs are the greatest,
They cause my mommy bliss!
Since you came to us,
how our lives have changed.
We did not know how wonderfully,
everything in our world would be rearranged.
We are all so richly blessed,
by your smiling face.
Each day that goes by,
I thank God for your sweet embrace.
